Poet's Parlor, Sturbridge
(The “Official” Poet's Parlor Poem)
It's more like a nest or a place on the needle soft forest floor
where serene people nest in to listen and read.
In this small space warm faces wait within reach, as if
the touch of each word's feeling held not only hearts in
sympathy but took them by the hands as well.
